Upon order confirmation, products in stock are typically dispatched within 1 working day from us to the carrier, although in rare cases we may require an additional day. If you require your order to be delivered by a certain date, kindly indicate this in the notes while placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Free express shipping service: Orders that are $40 and above are sent via courier with our express shipping service at no extra charge. We will provide you with a tracking number, if available, once the order has been dispatched from us to the carrier. Packages sent via this express shipping option are typically delivered in 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Next working day delivery: We offer a guaranteed next working day delivery service, and the shipping fee will be priced during checkout. With this option, orders placed before 5 pm are dispatched and delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday). We will contact you to discuss options if for any reason we are unable to dispatch the next working day. If you require weekend delivery, please contact us at shop@umeya.com.sg with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that as our nuts & seeds range is freshly prepared to order, orders with these items might take an additional working day to dispatch.

International

International postal delivery: Shipping rates will be calculated dynamically at checkout. We will provide you with a tracking number once the order has been dispatched from us to the carrier. Packages sent via international postal delivery typically arrive between 8 to 14 working days from the date of dispatch, although there may be delays due to COVID-19. There may be additional customs duties and VAT due once the parcel arrives in your country, you will be advised of these charges by your local post office during the customs clearance of your parcel.
