Refund policy

Returns
For the safety of our customers, we seek your kind understanding that no returns are accepted for any edible products purchased from us.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within the same day of your order so we can process a refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and it may take up to 4-6 weeks for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement depending on the processing time of your credit card issuer. If you have paid using PayNow, we require your PayNow details to process the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check that 4-6 weeks has elapsed since we confirmed your refund. You may wish to contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@umeya.com.sg.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@umeya.com.sg and we will contact you to arrange for an exchange.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they may find out about your return.
